Julian Cohen has over 35 years’ specialist and heavyweight experience of commercial disputes, commercial arbitrations, energy disputes, and PRC outbound disputes.
Sums in dispute in his cases vary from small to in excess of USD 2 billion. He has a wealth of experience in disputes and arbitrations in Hong Kong and throughout Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe.
Susan Munro has subintimal experience of commercial disputes including exceptional experience in PRC and PRC related disputes. She has near native level Putonghua and is able to work and draft in traditional characters.
Andrew Lynn is highly regarded in the fields of Chancery and commercial litigation. He has full practising rights at both the Hong Kong and English Bars. He is an associate member of 5 Stone Buildings in London.
Andrew has extensive experience of disputes - often with a cross-border or international element – involving art, crypto, fiduciary duties, international succession, pensions, property, and trusts.
Wing So mainly focuses on international commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation, including maritime, aviation, and construction disputes.
His arbitration practice often involves cases seated outside of Hong Kong. He acts as both counsel and arbitrator internationally - typically in cases regarding investments and projects in CIS, SEA, or MENA countries.
