Julian Cohen has over 30 years’ specialist experience of international arbitrations across Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa and Europe. He is familiar with Civil Code, Common Law and Sharia based jurisdictions and arbitrations.
Julian Cohen is ranked as a top Arbitration Practitioner (Who’s Who Legal: China and Hong Kong). He is also recognised as one of the world’s leading construction lawyers, and is ranked by legal directories as being one of Hong Kong’s leading construction barristers (Doyle’s Guide and The Legal 500) .
He has conducted arbitrations, with a variety of seats in Asia Pacific, MENA and Europe, and under most major arbitration rules including UNCITRAL, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIAC, QICCA, DIFC, SCC.
As well as acting as Advocate, Julian also sits regularly as an Arbitrator in the Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions.
Julian's experience as an Arbitrator includes both sitting as a sole Arbitrator, a wing member on three member tribunals and as presiding Arbitrator.

Andrew Lynn is highly regarded for commercial and chancery disputes with international and cross-border issues. He is increasing his emphasis on arbitration including crypto issues.
Andrew is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators & the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He holds an LLM (with specialisation in International Dispute Resolution) from the University of London, and has completed the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Diploma in International Arbitration.
He is a native English speaker and is fluent in Putonghua (and can read and write simplified characters).
