Julian Cohen has worked in Hong Kong and across the Asia Pacific Region since 1998. He is recognised as one of Hong Kong's leading arbitration practitioners and construction lawyers. In addition to his specialist heavy weight practice in construction and engineering matters, Julian is very experienced in dealing with commercial disputes. He also has a significant PRC outbound practice. Sums in dispute in his cases vary from small to an excess of USD2 billion. Julian acts as party representative, strategic adviser, arbitrator and mediator.
Andrew Lynn has a strong practice in commercial and chancery disputes, particularly involving cross border and international elements. His matters frequently involve high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. He is a dual-qualified English and Hong Kong barrister. He is a native English speaker and fluent in Putonghua, both reading and writing (simplified characters). He is recognised by legal directories as a leading commercial junior at the Hong Kong Bar.
